GymPMS is billed per location, so it grows with you. Each location has its own schedules, classes and team, while management sees consolidated numbers. Role-based permissions make sure everyone only accesses what they should.
Data that complies with the GDPR
Your members' data is handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Per-organization isolation and granular permissions prevent improper access, and members can exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure.

How much does management software for my gym cost?
Basic is €99 per month per location and includes members, local plans, manual assignment, simplified invoices and booking. Pro with Stripe and Access with Stripe plus turnstiles are coming soon and cannot be purchased yet.
Does it work for gyms with multiple locations?
Yes. Billing is per location and management gets a consolidated view of every location, with role-based permissions for each team.
Can I migrate my current members?
Yes. You can import your member base and their memberships to get started without re-typing data.
Does access control need special hardware?
Access control will arrive with the Access tier, which is marked as coming soon. Compatible turnstiles and readers will be published before it becomes available.
