Pricing questions
Is the price per gym or per location?
Per location. If you have several locations, each one has its own subscription and management gets a consolidated view.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You can cancel whenever you want; the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
What's the difference between Basic, Pro and Access?
Basic manages members, local plans, manual assignments, simplified invoices and booking without Stripe or turnstiles. Pro will add Stripe without turnstiles. Access will add Stripe and turnstile access control.
Is VAT included?
The prices shown don't include taxes. The applicable taxes for your country are applied at billing.
Can I change plans later?
Basic is available now. Pro and Access will become upgrade options when they launch.
